FLT Communities maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward behavior that threatens safety, dignity, or peaceful living.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not permitted:

• Illegal drug use or distribution
• Physical violence or threats
• Harassment or intimidation
• Racial discrimination
• Hate speech
• Abusive or offensive language
• Intentional property damage
• Repeated disruptive behavior

Respectful Communication

Residents, staff, vendors, and visitors are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.

Property Care

Residents are expected to:

• Respect community property
• Maintain cleanliness
• Report maintenance concerns promptly
• Avoid misuse of appliances or furnishings

Compliance

Failure to follow community standards may result in:

• Warnings
• Loss of privileges
• Lease violations
• Removal from the community where necessary
